Can I drive long distances on model 3? 250miles per charge is less for a long drive. I know Tesla is planning for super chargers all over USA. But, still waiting for 30mins to get the battery charged might be a challenge. Does model 3 come with an option to switch to gas in case of low battery?

Telsa doesn't sell any hybrid vehicles. If you need to travel beyond the battery range then there are a couple of options. The first is to plan you stops at a quick-charge station. If you can plan for 30 minute "breaks" for lunch, etc. then you should be good. If you really need a fast in and out, then there are battery-swap stations that can swap the batteries in a couple of minutes. I don't know if the Model 3 will be supported. The main drawback for this option is that you need to re-claim your own battery so it's only good for round-trips.
